Connecting Google is optional. If you connect it, Tradellen only uses two things — your calendar and send-only email — and never reads, changes or deletes anything in your inbox.
The only two permissions Tradellen asks for
You connect Google yourself, and you can disconnect any time. Tradellen requests the minimum access needed for these two features, and nothing more:
Google Calendar
Tradellen checks your availability and creates or updates appointment events whenever a job is booked, rescheduled or cancelled — keeping your schedule accurate and preventing double-bookings.
Gmail Send only
Tradellen sends confirmations, reminders and dispatch notifications from your own email address. This permission is send-only: Tradellen cannot read, modify or delete anything in your inbox.
You can disconnect Google at any time. Tradellen uses Google user data only to provide these two features—never for advertising, resale or AI-model training. Our handling follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Prepares card-present (Stripe Terminal) for the field. Tap-to-pay needs a supported reader or the native app — it is not available in the mobile browser, where the secure payment link stays the way to take a card.
Used to estimate labor cost on jobs that don't have a rate from a timesheet. Labeled "est" until you enter real hours/rate on the job.
Payment collection (Stripe)
Connect your own Stripe account so customer invoice and service-plan payments go directly to your business. Until onboarding is complete, online collection is clearly marked as not live or test-only. In-person card readers and tap-to-pay are not available in this web app; collect in person with a secure invoice pay link or record an offline payment on the invoice.

Account controls
Deactivating blocks all sign-ins (yours and your office logins) until support reactivates — nothing is deleted. From the Console dashboard, copy the account ID and security token Twilio gives you.
Paste them (and your Twilio number) into the fields below, then click Save & connect.
Enter your mobile and Send test SMS to confirm delivery.
How to get connected: 1) Sign up free at twilio.com. 2) Buy an SMS-capable number (Console → Phone Numbers → Buy a number). 3) Copy the account ID and security token from Twilio and paste your Twilio number above, then Save & connect and send a test.
US carriers require Twilio A2P 10DLC registration before texts deliver. Your security token is stored securely. This is separate from your receptionist phone number.
Payments provider status
Shows whether secure checkout, invoice pay links and online-booking deposits are ready for live use.
Support can connect the Stripe server key for live checkout. Until that is complete, deposits are skipped and the booking flow still works normally.
